I read on artinfo.com an article, "Full Figured Fashion Week Shines a Spotlight on an Untapped $17-Billion Market."
I am on the full figure side and I know of others who are full-figured but who can carry themselves well. There is a blog that I'm following that celebrate full-figured women and their fashion: Plump.
In the article, it was said that many brands are now making clothes for the full-figured women (and perhaps, men, too). I am happy to know that these brands such as Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, and Ralph Lauren are doing it.
Way to go! :D
This is for me! However, I already know what fashion is best for me so I usually stick to it!
ReplyDeletewho say, full figured woman cant be sexy...I like the maxi dress with cardigan
ReplyDeleteYou don't have to be slim and thin to be called sexy. Full figured women are sexy too! Nice post! Thanks for sharing. :-)
ReplyDeleteWow! I do think there should be more fashion for full figured women too (plus Asian size ha).
ReplyDeleteWay to go indeed! Women shouldn't be squeezed into the mold of a fashion model because women are beautiful in all shapes and sizes.
ReplyDeleteCelebrate women's curves!
ReplyDeleteThis is really cool and this is a more realistic means of promoting clothes kasi marami tayong on the heavy side na consumers :)
ReplyDeleteThis is for me, also! Those women look so fab! Who says only thin women can look fashionable? In blog-speak, who says only the thin can do OOTD posts? Hahaha I kid. :P
