Rescue that red van! :D
This was taken during the first few hours of Typhoon Ondoy (Ketsana). This was in my son's school premises.
We were having a family day inside when the program was interrupted by the family council president who told everyone to check their cars because of the rising waters outside. This parking area was full, but the other cars had already sought higher ground.
As you may all know, Typhoon Ondoy ravaged many parts of Metro Manila. Of which, Marikina, Cainta, Rizal, Laguna, and Cainta were among the worst hit areas.
Right now, PAGASA are watching two more typhoons heading the Philippine area of responsibility.
Pray that these won't be as severe as Typhoon Ondoy (Ketsana) and Typhoon Pepeng (Parma).
As I write, more donations are still needed for the typhoon victims. Click here and here.

ReplyDeleteDear Marites, I pray that this is the worst that you and your family suffered personally. I've been following the typhoon and tidalwave effects. Terrible for you all. Be well, Annie
